Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Dream Dog Designs. We will always attempt to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over holidays or weekends may take a little longer.

A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch with the tracking number for your order and a description of the goods purchased.

Our local standard shipping is sent via track and trace with Castle Parcels.

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure you provide a physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours, or ensure you give us clear instructions with delivery details.

Delivery can be expected within 3 working days of being dispatched if local.

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please note rural delivery can take an extra two working days transit time from the normal time frame.

International deliveries we use NZ Post International Couriers.

International deliveries approximate arrival will be advised once shipped, timing will depend on the delivery destination.

Please be aware that every country has different customs laws and the items you order may incur other charges whilst in transit. Dream Dog Designs is not responsible for these charges. It is you, the customer, whom is responsible for paying any extra duties and taxes. All orders are declared at their full purchase value.

Dream Dog Designs is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, simply enter the location for your shipping address and it will display the total cost for delivery. We will always use the track and trace option on our deliveries.

RETURNS

Dream Dog Designs make every effort to ensure that we have the best quality products in our range from New Zealand and overseas. If your order is not the correct size as you expected, or on the off chance it is faulty please see below our returns process.

How to return & exchange on full priced items

You must email us within 48 hours and let us know what you are returning and why.
Send them back within five working days of receipt in the same condition as they were sent.
The item must not have been used or worn and the packaging is in it's original condition
Receipt as proof of purchase is in the box.
For your protection, please send by Track and Trace method as they are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.
Goods which haven’t been received by Dream Dog Designs within five working days will not be refunded.

Things to know

There is no exchange, return or refund on sale items or gift cards.
Faulty goods will be refunded only if - it is deemed irreparable by us or the supplier and a replacement is unavailable.
If you paid by Paypal this will be refunded on Paypal. If you paid by credit card this will be refunded to the credit card that the item was purchased with.
Return freight is at your cost; on receipt we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange if we can.
